At Arctos Leatherwork, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional service and satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to accommodate your needs to the best of our abilities. Below is our cancellation and return policy:

Cancellation:

Customers are free to cancel any standard order within 24 hours of placing it, without incurring any charges, this includes custom orders.
Returns:

We accept returns for standard items within one week from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@arctosleatherwork.com within the one-week return window. Please include your order number and reason for return in your email. If the product is damaged please include pictures as proof.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Upon receiving the returned item(s) in their original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Exclusions:

Customized items are not eligible for returns. This includes any items that have been personalized, stamped, or customized according to your specific requirements.
Please Note:

Returns must be shipped back to us within the specified one-week return period to be eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Refunds will be processed within five business days upon receiving the returned item(s).

Logo Approval: While we welcome custom design requests, we reserve the right to not proceed with any logo that we deem offensive, violates copyright law, or includes any of the following:

Content that constitutes "hate speech," including abusive, threatening, or demeaning words, symbols, or images based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, disability, national origin, or sexual orientation.

Content that encourages hatred or harassment of private individuals, regardless of the reason.

Threats or encouragement of physical harassment of public figures or their families, or depictions of public figures in a discriminatory manner.

Communication and Collaboration: We value open communication and collaboration throughout the custom work process. If you have any concerns or questions regarding the suitability of your design, please feel free to discuss them with our team.

Legal Compliance: We are committed to complying with all relevant laws and regulations, including copyright and trademark laws. Therefore, we may request proof of ownership or authorization to use certain logos or designs to ensure legal compliance.

Professional Conduct: We expect all customers to engage in professional conduct and to respect the rights and dignity of others throughout the custom work process. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disrespectful will not be tolerated.

Final Approval: Before proceeding with production, we will provide you with a final proof of your custom work for approval. It is your responsibility to review the proof carefully and notify us of any necessary revisions or corrections.
